Léopold Bouvet, passionate about aeronautics and finance, orchestrates the definition of the identity and the development of the brand since 2018. After a scientific and financial education, it was aboard the sailboat that he shared with his brother Germain Bouvet, architect and designer, that he observed the industrial and standardized universe of the personnal watercraft. Together, they set out to imagine what the ultimate machine would be, capable of meeting all of their design and performance requirements. Their numerous projects at the time crystallized into one ultimate : it took the name Supermarine. It is the first prototype of the brand, symbol of the birth of a new category.
The will of the two brothers was clear: to change the paradigm and free themselves from the logic of the mass market to develop a machine without compromise, free from any budgetary constraints. Therefore, it was necessary to create an object of desire, capable of offering an unprecedented experience, designed as a real racing machine. In 2018, a laboratory was set up for the development of the Supermarine prototype. The Bouvet brothers traced one by one, life-size, the lines of its silhouette. The search for perfection drives them to intervene down to the smallest details of the design. They surround themselves with the best design offices in each field in order to design the machine of their dreams.
Authentic, the brand is rooted in a family history, conveying solid values: exclusive vehicles, entirely hand-assembled in France, state-of-the-art mechanics and a relentless design. Their first followers recognized the quality of this outstanding product, destined to become iconic. Going against the grain of the industry, Bouvet Frères Marine is in line with the great French houses. With perfection as a goal and emotion as a driving force, the Bouvet brothers are paving the way for a new era in nautical luxury.
